noun [GI] Gender Inflected[GEN] Inherently Gendered[N] Noun[V] Verb ˧˥kʰɛRpɑ Kherpa
[kʰɛRpɑ]
leaf
(botanical)
 Mighty Source Language: Basque
Etymology
Etymology of Creation: I was looking up Basque words and noticed Erhi for finger and Erpa for talon, spur, grasp. That reminded me of the inherent gender change - pa for the two masculine genders - and reminded me of kʰɛRɓɑ which is the Mighty word for finger already. And since males are considered more aggressive than females and neuters, it made sense to me to have claw be a gendered variance on finger and knuckle. See kʰɛRɓɑ for more information on the etymology of creation.
Notes
Other Gender \kʰɛRpɑ English Gloss: Branch, Leaf, or Outgrowth.
