noun [M1*] Masculine 1* бог bog
[bɔg]
god
(general)
 Tarvelian
Notes
Borrowed from Russian (with the phonetic pronunciation used for pagan deities).

Pre-Christian Tarvelian had poor distinctions of what consisted as a god or a spirit, and the concept divinity more or less existed on a spectrum, with several intermediate and distinct classifications. Here, the borrowed term"бог" is adapted as a catch-all term for deities, where as the name of Tarvelia's chief deity was used for the Abrahamic God.
