pronoun vui
[vuj]
you
(2PL, see notes)
 Azurian Source Language: Latin
Etymology
vos
Notes
"Vui" can be either a subject or object pronoun, except for the reflexive object pronoun, which becomes "vu" to avoid confusion when the subject pronoun is omitted:
e.g.:
"Vui amate." - You (pl.) love it.
"(Vui) vu amame." - You (pl.) love yourselves.
"Il vui ame." - He loves you (pl.).

"Vui" can also be used in the singular as a formal alternative of "tu". This is normally used only if the person you're talking to is in a higher hierarchy than you (such as a boss or employer). However, omitting the pronoun "tu" is another alternative that sounds less informal (although it can be done in informal contexts too).
e.g.:
"Tu ei belle." - You are beautiful. (more informal contexts)
"Ei belle." - You are beautiful. (both informal and formal contexts)
"(Vui) zete belle." - You are beautiful. (formal contexts or plural form)
