Etymology
The Neis and Nec still bartered at the time but the coins used by the Chuu-Kata which were made official in Naja upon Chuu-Kata control of it, were and are around the size of a skin scale. Neither Neis nor Nec have scales on the underside of their hands there is no confusion with the non-existent body part. Despite not being derived from the Chuu-Kata term, the name stuck and is used even today despite not using Chuu-Mee's currency anymore.
