[top]Gender

Gender in Čuvesken is largely optional but exists as a way to add information that may be missing from the current context. In this way, gender acts as a pseudo-case. There are 6 total genders that are systematically arranged in two dimensions.

[top]Case

There are 8 cases in Čuvesken, though one has two possible forms depending on desired meaning. Some cases are highly functional and are present on more than just nouns. This is contrasted with the locative case which is, now, only used for physical locations. Each case will be covered in a separate section.

[top]Order of Declension

In Čuvesken, nouns are declined first in gender, then in number, and lastly in case. As will be shown in later sections, this allows for intuitive application of multiple cases for more complex meanings.
