Average proportion ranges vary from species to species with distribution in the ranges depending on the species (e.g Sei usually fall on the higher end being one of the larger/largest species)
Head Circumference: 57-63cm
Torso: 50-60cm
Tail: 4-6m (Usually ~1m is raised off the ground with the rest of the tail being used for propulsion but this varies depending on desired speed, perceived threat level and numerous other behavioural, psychological and environmental factors)
Of note is that both Neis and Neh have eight fingers, imagine an index middle and baby finger with a thumb on each hand. Due to this hand structure, the octal system is used.
Vision
Due to the Neis having opsins in their cones only capable of reacting to blue and green, they are dichromatic. The image below is an approximation of what their vision is like though this varies from species to species as some are diurnal and others nocturnal. The image below is how a Neis would see Chū-Kata
