[Public] ? ?
Menu 1. letters basic 2. letters+ 3. letters++ 4. stay tuned zarikavan script looks pretty cute. but is it functional? yeah i guess so.

let's observe the suspiciously japanese-like writing shards.

font size ++ (to help read the zarikavan font. us deers have poorer vision so it helps us to read also.)

[edit] [top]letters basic

script is syllabary. these are the base syllabograms with their romanizations. (for how to pronounce all these letters, there will be a main phonology article)

the small dot above or below a,e,i,o,u and n characters allow them to be discerned from surrounding characters, because they are so simple.

[edit] [top]letters+

extra cool letters that are uncommon but important. a lot of them were created when the written language was young.

these w-series are totally silent, just used to write the words. they probably respresented a letter before, who knows.

[edit] [top]letters++

more sounds can be represented through diacritical marks.

spirantization mark transforms p,b,k,g into fricatives: p-->f, b-->v, k-->s, g-->z. draw a horizontal line over or under the syllabogram (doesn't really matter where, but some configurations look better.)

double consonant mark geminates p,b,k,g,l onsets: p-->pp, b-->bb, k-->kk, g--gg, l-->ll. draw a small X to the top and right of the syllabogram.

kka kka , lli lli

double vowel mark geminates the vowel of any syllable. draw a small O to the top and right.

vaa vaa , zhii zhii

they may actually be combined. (idk where tho)

ggaa ggaa

accent mark does just that, shows any high tone syllables of the word when it's not the default first syllable. draw a ^ caret shape to the top and right of the syllabogram.

xubóra xubóra (cold)
cinnábu cinnábu (introverted)

reduced vowel mark docks the vowel down to a short schwa. there's this weird wing-shape to draw to the top and right of the syllabogram, take a look.

kolòhuu kolòhuu (numbness), /kʌ́ɾhɯɯ/
nuxùkhan nuxùkhan (text), /ŋɯ́ʀ̥ətʰɛ̃/

[edit] [top]stay tuned

stay tuned for phonology and punctuation, and also an eventual overhaul of this crappy article.
