Syllable StructureThe syllable structure of Classical Myaenean is (C)(L)V(V)(C). The Cs represent any consonant, the L represent a voiced liquid, although they allophonically become voiceless after aspirated consonants. There are two Vs to show that diphthongs can occur before final consonants.
