About Kalkan
Kalkan is a language spoken in Kalkansya, a country on Arratas and serves as the Lingua Franca in the New World in addition to also being used in technology and science. It is spoken by about 142.9 million L1 speakers with an additional 36 million L2 speakers making the total to be ~172 million. It is heavily inspired by Slavic languages although it has an influenced vocab from a few romance languages, German and Latin with an additional custom words not found anywhere else.
