About Ēńdeś
Endesh is a language initially brought to existence in early 2022. This was intended to be a conlang of particular complexity, though, much consideration has been put into its development so that it would facilitate consistency in phonology (in opposition to grammatical complexity). Its phonology has been designed to be very fronted (particularly in vowels) and uses a lot of lip, soft dental, and largely thin, aspirated sounds. Its alphabet invites diacritics on the 'y' to signify placements and intensities of aspiration. It invites an acute on the 'n' and 's' to both extend their sounds and identify their placement in the back of the anatomical system. Its morphology is moderately derivative. Its grammar is palatable. It is my hope that Endesh, as an artlang, will serve a functionally artistic purpose in my life -- that I may learn in this experience, the joy of language learning.
