Species Proto-Wyvernic
About Proto-Wyvernic Tongue of the Wyverns, the most ancient race of my conworld Djerat. The descendant of all human tongues but Qelic through Proto-Drakish and Proto-Human. Uses bioluminescence to convey emotion and some states of being (LW can be 'extremely hot' and LD can be 'extremely cold', etc.)

Goals:
-Completely isolating, no conjugation or declension of any kind
-nooby as shit, but I've come to accept that. Can't hit gold without throwing up a lot of dirt first.
-Not too concerned with naturalism
-Has plenty of pronouns, but the 6 remaining native speakers very rarely use them for obvious reasons.
-Grammar is mostly ripped (poorly) from Mandarin, Vietnamese and Thai.
-only 2 classifiers, SHÊK for 'concrete', ŁI for 'abstract'. Preceding someone's name with ŁI is considered a grave insult, especially since names don't need to take classifiers and including them is usually ungrammatical. Also, SHÊK and ŁI come after the nouns they classify if the noun starts with SH or Ł respectively.
-UPPER CASE ORTHOGRAPHY
-No distinction between adjectives and adverbs, but 'adwords' that can modify both.
-TAM marking, which is done through auxiliaries, is optional. In Proto-Drakish, it becomes mandatory.
