About Shawehka
Shawehka is a long-term pet project I work on when I have the time. It originated from a collaborative science fiction project with a few friends as the language of my character's home. Now- here- I'm particularly working on fleshing out the language's origin & will eventually move on to the dialect my character is most familiar with. I'm still learning how to create a conlang while doing this, so much is subject to change while I familiarize myself with rules of speech, grammar, and more.
Also, for fun: the language's sound-bank has heavy influences from Irish and Russian as I thought it would be a good touchstone to get started. I think its created a nice set of sounds for me to work with.
