About Shiro
Shiro is an attempt at an artistic language that doesn't aim to be naturalistic. A grand majority of the words in Shiro are split into three classes - air, water, and earth. Nouns and verbs govern the class - all adjectives and adverbs (and particles) must agree in class with the head of the phrase.
Speakers of the language believe that a thought is most beautiful if it can be uttered by using words of matching class. Frequent clashes between class in the same sentence is considered to be poor speaking, so many words have nearly identical synonyms but of a different class just to keep sentences sounding beautiful.
Shiro is pro-drop and will avoid pronouns if possible, only using them when absolutely necessary or to indicate possession. Word order is typically SOV, however topicalization can bring other objects to the forefront of a sentence.
All vowels in adjectives must agree with the noun being described. In dictionary forms, the earth form (with vowels <a> and <y>) is considered the base form.
