About Tula
Tula is a language spoken in the Biraḍ Forest (['bɨ˞.ɽaɖ̚] in the language of the Forest Elves, I'aá [iʔǎ] in Tula) which is notable in the world as a language with a small phoneme inventory, and "some of the longest words for 'simple' ideas". In all reality, Tula is an agglutinating conlang with 13 total phonemes.
Until the discovery of The Tula people by the Elves, they had been settled in the land since the year 300, long before language had developed. The languages preceding this entry are lost to time with no writing to speak of. However, this entry exists on in the culture as the Classical Language, used purely for government purposes and recordkeeping.
