About Yalish
A language for a simple fantasy world similar to those of Conan the Barbarian and the Lord of the Rings. The main intention is to reimagine or take inspiration from the real world and its history to some extent, with light supernatural elements. Yalish itself is an Afro-Asiatic-like language, holding grammatical and phonetic similarities, especially semitic. The original idea was a language from scratch, but Afro-Asiatic-like choice was taken because of the lack of conlangs that mimic well this language family.
