[comments] Colors in  Nakoe are generally an intransient quality when expressed literally, but also have metaphorical associations when expressed as transient qualities. To accomplish this, the copular verbs inge and yeu describe transient and intransient qualities respectively. So, the colors have the following literal meanings with yeu and associations when used with inge:

daaza black / mysterious, secretive, or pragmatic
nuup white / great, wonderful (non-person); cheerful or optimistic (person)
nqa red / terrible(non-person); pessimistic (person); hopeless (either)
pooje green / naive, trusting, carefree, sincere, or adventurous
hir yellow / mutable, changeable, unpredictable, adaptable
