[Public] ? ?
2. On "r" ? ?
Along with the neccessary inflections (nominative, genitive, etc.) there are also other noun inflections that are optional- all of which I couldn't put into my grammar section. So, I'll put them here.

Comparative- if you are comparing nouns with each other
"Ol" goes onto the end of the noun, if the noun ends with a consonant
"Lo" goes onto the end of the noun, if the noun ends with a vowel

"Solditive"- if the noun is being sold
"Gon" goes onto the end of the noun, if the noun ends with a vowel
"Aakhhaa" goes onto the end of the noun, if the noun ends with a consonant

"Boughtitive"- if the noun is being bought
"Naakkh" goes onto the end of the noun, if the noun ends with a vowel
"Aakkh" goes onto the end of the noun, if the noun ends with a consonant

"Exclamitive"- acts as an exclamation point, but for the noun
"Git" goes onto the end of the noun, if the noun ends with a vowel
"Igh" goes onto the end of the noun, if the noun ends with a consonant

"Honoritive"- if the noun has honor
"Maab" goes onto the end of the noun, if the noun ends with a vowel
"Aab" goes onto the end of the noun, if the noun ends with a consonant
