St. Emerson's Hospital, Seaford City

A little girl is rushed down a hospital, with signs of an unknown virus causing frequent seizures, vomiting, and various other mental and physical illnesses. The girl is covered with blood and is constantly screaming. During the emergency surgery operation, the girl suddenly opens her mouth and a demon possesses the surgeon. The surgeon sprints out the hospital, only to be found dead in a nearby ditch covered in blood.
The little girl then ascends through the ceilings of the five-story hospital and disappears. The little girl was never to be seen again, but the virus is spreading.
