The first form of noun that can be formed from verbs is extremely simple to form. Just take the stem of the verb and use it as a noun. This noun has the meaning, "The thing that one (verb)s".

Ex: rò " to sing" > rò "thing that one sings" (a song, etc.)

og "to ingest" > og "thing that one ingests" (food, drink, etc.)
