Hiš, or Low Ladren was historically spoken by the craftsmen and peasants who lived in the lowlands and valleys of Sjo Kvên, but, like its counterpart Žra Ladren, it is predominantly a regional dialect now. It is associated with the sea and crafts. As such, most craftsmen and sailors use Hiš Ladren regardless of location.
