About Nordic
This is an artistic language I created to use for my writings. I've made many con-scripts, but I got tired of that, so I decided to finally create a con-lang instead. After many failed attempts, I finally decided to use my mother language --English-- and some of my favourite languages --Old Norse, Old English, and Icelandic, along with Norwegian and Danish-- to create one that would be simple for me to learn but will also be unintelligible to anyone who was to read it. Nordic has inflected endings and a very flexible word order, but verbs usually come second in the sentence. The grammar is well developed but not over complicated, and the phones are unambiguous, adding to its clarity; It also sounds beautiful when spoken, too! The flag is based off of the Nordic Cross flags, and there is a way to write it in runes, just like ON!
