About Adesit
Adesit is an imagined language primarily based on Yiddish with influence from Russian and Ukrainian. A language such as Adesit may have developed in Odessa (its namesake, which is called Ades in Adesit), had the Holocaust and the Stalinist purges of Yiddish writers not decimated the Jewish population of that city.
