About Dislandiс
The Dislandic language is a language of the West Germanic group of Indo-European languages, formed in the Dislandic archipelago. It is the official language of the Dislandic Empire. It is the native language of the inhabitants of the Dislandic Archipelago, which is located in the Atlantic Ocean. Also, the Dislandic language is widely spoken in other possessions of the Dislandic Empire, such as Veliston and some regions in continental Europe.

Chenket language, which belonged to the Berber language group.
The Germans first arrived in the Disland archipelago in the 13th century. Then, for many centuries, the territory of Disland was settled by various immigrants from Western Europe. They mostly spoke German, Dutch, and Frisian.
So already in the 14th century, various dialects emerged, which soon developed into different languages, roughly similar to each other. However, at that time these languages were not official, and the nobility continued to use German and Dutch. In 1698, the Dislandic Republic was formed, combining the two states that existed on the Dislandic archipelago at that time – the Republic of Nortburg, where the Low German and High German languages were officially adopted, and the Kingdom of Frinland, where the nobility spoke Dutch. With the advent of the new state, the Dislandic people decided to adopt the national language as the official one. Modern Dislandic language is
Old Nortburgish dialect taken as the standard.
In 50 years, the population was completely assimilated into the new Dislandic nation.
In 1876, France invades and captures Disland. Until 2019, Disland was part of France, and the Dislandic language was subject to French influence.
In 2019, Disland gained independence. As a result, the new anti-French government began to popularize purism in the Dislandic language.
