About Fernaic
Fernaic (Fúrnaisíþ) is an agglutinative artlang. The people who speak it are called Ferns, or "Furnai". Some interesting things about Fernaic are:
- It only has three vowels (a, i, and u)
- The subject of a sentence is merged in-between the verb
- The stress marker can fall on multiple syllables in one word, sometimes to add secondary stress that falls out of the 'stressed-unstressed-stressed-unstressed' order, or to indicate the starting points of each word in a word, if the word is made up originally of smaller words, for example the word "Fúrnaisíþ" has stress on both "fúr" and "síþ", because it was made out of the words "furnai" and "siþ", meaning "Fern" (speakers of Fernaic) and "language" respectively.
- It doesn't pull vocabulary out of any existing languages
- It is strictly (C)V(C), and there are no exceptions
This conlang is pretty new, so more will be added later.
