About Proto-Ilaesh Proto-Ilaesh is the reconstructed ancestor of the modern Ilaeshic family.

It was a mostly analytic language with mostly unmarked nominative-accusative alignement and consistent plural and definiteness marking, and as the Teez language shows us, it did not yet develop the inventory of inflexional affixes used by most Ilaeshic languages today, though early sings of agglutination can be reconstructed even before Teez branched out.
