About Centaur
The language of the centaurs from my conworld spoken mainly at the southeast and around the equator. Some of notable features of the Centaurian language are five phonemic tones, SVO word order, very straightforward grammar, crazy aspiration, and its vocabulary is similar to Thai, Lao, Khmer and Vietnamese.
Centaurian has three main dialects, the most spoken of which is Sompon - the one at the equator and nearby, around the river that divides Amthi and Ŕepčilźemě, one the most linguistically diverse places in my conworld. Sompon Centaurian is known for a lot of diphthongs and for being the bridge between the other two dialects, the speakers of which can have some difficulties understanding each other.

[edit] [view] Jopi (Ciopis Centaur)The southern dialect, spoken at the north Cyclopia and Čeoaiea. It has more phonemes and sounds kinda Like Zhuang, beside having a lot simplier syllable structure
[edit] [view] Shkránh Huykmaku (Sharkan Centaur)Spoken at the south of Sharkania just between the mountains and the plains. Has a complex syllable structure and some phonetical changes, main of which are the loss of the flat tone and /ɤ/, compensated by some other phonemes that appeared as a result of the Zunish, Sharkan and Enenran influence
