About Paleo-Kaipan
Paleo-Kaipan, also named Paleo-Mangalian, Tsian substratum and Mangalic substratum, is a hypothetical language from a possible ancient people living in Mangalitia before the current Kaipan people. This language is present today in hydronyms, such as the rivers Tsi i, Ga i or Tsiki i, and other toponyms.
