About South Picksalladed
Magwābon is an a priori artlang spoken on a chain of islands off the coast of a large and linguistically diverse country. The grammar is agglutinating (especially among verbs) and uses VSO word order. Null-subject constructions are mandatory. Although there is no grammatical gender, the religion and culture of the native speakers have given rise to several gender words (i.e. "man," "woman") that are related to astronomical objects. The language's phonology is similar to English, especially with the diversity of vowels, but has fewer consonants. It has its own alphabet (with a single case), but can also be transliterated into the Latin alphabet with various vowel macrons and diphthongs.
