About Loetuian This language started of with the wish to emulate the feel of Latin with Baltic roots, so it's functionally a Baltic language with Latinate endings. However, as time progresses, more and more artistic liberties are being taken, so it is starting to come into its own a bit.

Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so.
