About New Saxon
New Saxon is a fictitious member of the Germanic language family. Spoken by the around 40.000 people of the Kingdom of Nyjsassy (New Saxony), which is situated on the doggers bank, it reained some old features of the languages the evolved into lower Saxon on the continent. But it's isolated position also gave it some features that don't appear elsewhere, and though the people of New Saxony have been very conservative with their language, there are also some borrowings from English and Scandinavic languages, though most of the resemblence in vocabulary is with Dutch and German.
