About Oevari
Oevari is the mother tongue of all other nomadic languages spoken by the Nomadic Union Establishment. It is heavily influenced by the human tongue of latin, as the two languages emerged at the same time. There are numerous dialects to the language, given that the nomadic people that speak it are growing and changing all the time.
