About Ostracalic
This language was spoken in The Ostracal Empire between 1000 and 1551 (1551 was the year The Ostracal Empire collapsed) and even though it is considered a dead language, it is still used as a code language for The Republic Of Venst's military and has been therefore updated to accommodate newer words (e.g. Tank, Plane).
