About Pckhapha
Pckhapha is an Inner Spirit Woods language spoken in the northeastern Spirit Woods by around 5,000 speakers. It is highly polysynthetic, and is one of the hardest languages spoken in the Infernorian Archipelago for English speakers to learn. As its speakers are isolated in a small sub-region, there has not been much cross-language contact, and thus Pckhapha has a significant lack of loanwords for foreign concepts.
Real-world influences for this languages are the Khoisan language group for its abundance of clicks, as well as Wichita for some aspects of its allophony.
An example of Pckhapha's polysynthesis is the statement tuχt͡χɨ́q͡χɟɨ́t͜sòhóɨ̀t͜soʔwt͜sgɨt͜sɨǃgó, meaning, "He and I begin to call to each other from the inside of the hollow-tree huts."
