About Proto-Qathelic - the protolanguage for a family spoken in northeastern Celea
- pomegranates are satan's fruit
- syllable structure:
maximal syllable structure is C:RVF, where R = [r, l, s, Z, N] and F = {every voiceless consonant} and {every voiced consonant that isn't in a voiced/voiceless pair}
Z and N are placeless fricatives and nasals. The placeless fricative assimilates to voicing (s also assimilates to voicing) and MoA, the placeless nasal only to MoA.
