Kongu wanted some fish for breakfast. He paddled out and caught some big fish. “Well, I’m lucky. Very few catch such big fish first try! Maybe I should catch more!” he said. / He paddled further out and caught more big fish. “This is a lot of fish. I’ve caught enough fish to feed myself for a month. But with the luck I’ve been having, why not catch more fish?” he said. / He paddled even further out and caught even more big fish. “This is enough fish to feed myself for a year. But a year is not all I have left to live. Why not catch more fish?” he said. / He paddled out many, many miles away from the island, and caught a huge number of fish. But he had caught so many fish that his boat began to sink, and since he was so far from the island, there was no one to help him.
