About Tirean Tirean is a language that drew inspiration from a variety of sources. Phonotactically and grammatically, it drew a lot from Japanese. Phonologically, it drew from my idea of what Arabic languages sound like as well as filters and alterations to make the language sound as I wanted it to. In terms of vocabulary, a fair amount of it is drawn from (in an altered form) Mongolian, as well as being made from scratch.

It is agglutinative and has a fairly elaborate complex case system - that once again mixes the Japanese particle system with the Mongolian case system - as well as a fairly elaborate gender/class system for nouns.

More to come soon.
