[edit] [view] Skaudrannar (Interior Fringe Skothran)The Interior Fringe Skothran dialect, also known as Skaudrannar, is spoken in the non-coastal regions of Kavrálsaní with the exception of the capital village of Destrín. This dialect is mutually-intelligible with the common or "coastal" dialect, and is most notable for its tendency to shift /e̞ o̞ i u/ to /əĕ̞ əŏ̞ äĭ äŭ/; the raising of /ɐ ɛ ɔ ɪ ʊ/ to /ə e̞ o̞ i u/; the shift of /ɰ/ to /ŋ/; the shift of /r/ to /ʀ/; and the voicing of /p/ to /b/.
