About Unnamed
This is an experimental engineered language with a few goals or inspirations:
Stretch goal: phonetically parseable unambiguously.
- Expressive with few morphemes and simple (low kolmogorov complexity), consistent rules, achieved through rule sharing through overlapping abstractions.
- Ithkuil-like taxonomy of linguistic concepts but highly analytical or agglutinative instead of fusional/synthetic
- Largely free word order - Lojban-like relators that use semantic role particles instead of positional notation
- Small set of highly productive word generation rules from small set of initial morphemes. (e.g. -ly, -un- de- -like, verb->noun, noun -> verb)
- Initial morpheme set based more on modern philosophical/scientific worldview instead of from common everyday/prehistoric life context and analogies. (entity, true, false, negation, interior, exterior, boundary/threshold/logical-proposition, dimension, extent, entropy, reference frame, continuant/identity, occurrent, agent, mind vs lip, bone, blood, fire, hand, mother, sit, sky)
- Reducing ambiguity not by trying to prevent it entirely in the first place but by giving the ability to concisely disambiguate an earlier statement in conversation. (Especially pronominal ambiguity)
- A phonology and lexicon that is resistant to sound change and syllable efficient. Probably also simple auxlang-like sound inventory.
