About Proto-Vulptenge
Vulpetenge is the native language of the Vulpekin, a fox-like species from the Sailor Moon universe created by Nezu-Chu . All credit goes to her for the species and the language concept.
I decided to expand on the concept of the language. According to her its supposed to sound like a "messed-up" version of Japanese with a different writing system. My idea on expansion is to create a proto-language and from there develop into what will be known as "modern" vulpekin.
