The most common ditransitive structure is marked entirely via word order. The overall word order is typically SXOV, and the prototypical subject is considered leading to a giver-recipient-gift-verb order.

However, when the argument/topic of the ditransitive statement is dropped, the recipient is marked with áin, a locative postposition. This can optionally be included alongside a topic for added clarity.
