Making this public so that I can find it again should I go on hiatus! It is definitely not complete, and will update as I continue to work on the language, sorry!

Currently leaning towards a fully separate particle.
According to the conlanger's thesaurus pg. 31, when and how (not how many/much) are two of the most commonly derived question words; I will go with these as the only derivations in this class for Suvoon, from "hour what" and "way where." "Which" will simply be an attributive use of "what."

Still deciding if this is a class of determiners or if this/that are class separate from the definite article, and forms are more WIP than most other things on this page.
*əsə > er "the," *əsu > ru "that," *kia > ca "this"
Since I am leaning towards adjectives preceding the noun and determiners following it, decide where certain words such as "which, any, some, a few" fall. Soon.
Motion
Space-wise, Suvoon covers at, in, on, under/below, and above/over. Directionally, there are ablative and lative postpositions.
Other
The genitive marker is currently *lu, which seems overly close to the definite marker. Try *su, *sa, *da, *eda, *na and others for aesthetics. Also need instrumental and comitative postpositions.
Practical Concerns
Which postposition handles the sense "about/über"? Do you weißt von a subject or know about it? Do you speak in a language, auf it, or what? Are there separate dative and lative postpositions? Consider the more arbitrary uses of these words and where they fall.
Note that verbs which take prepositional objects in English need not do so in any other language (e.g. wählen) -- which verbs take prepositional objects will depend in part on the language's transitivity splits, which the conlanger's thesaurus has a chart for on page 33 (the last page).
There's a conlangery ep about adpositions that I think? Was useful on this subject as well? Maybe not.
Precede the nouns they modify. Reread this, pretend you understand the difference between a relative pronoun and a relative particle, and poke at it some more before you settle on something.
According to this, gapping is most common with your word order, so maybe just don't worry about it.
