 Cesi

Verbs in Cesi are very simple. There are two types “IR” and “KE”. Once you have learnt these you should have no trouble. The pronoun is almost always ommited unless you are stressing something eg:

he did it!

IR
“Scribir”

I write - scribiro
you write - scribi
he/she/it writes - scribeu
We write - scritimü
You (pl) write - scrimen
They write - scribedor

KE
“Doke”
I give - doko
You give - doki
he/she/it gives - dokiči
we give - dokinus
you (pl) give - dokalè
They give - dokenin

For the present tense that is all you need for regular verbs (ir) and (ke). However, for the verb to be it is slightly different.

To Be
“Èstir”
I am - èstiro
you are - èstiri
he/she/it is - èstixa
we are - èstixami
you (pl) are - èstisü
they are - èstisüne

The past tense is different once again

Past

Doke
I gave - dokiló
you gave - dokila
he/she/it gave - dokixil
we gave - dokimirè
you (pl) - dokimirü
they gave - dokimanè

Scribir + Èstir
I was - èstirli
you were - èstirüli
he/she/it was - èstixali
we were - èstixami
you (pl) were - èstisüdi
They were - èstisüdim

Future
The future is where it either gets easiest or hardest depending on you, the learner... To put something in the future you add “plü” so in effect you are doing “plus” + past = plus past. I know it is confusing but, that’s how it is 😀
