About Noilgi
Noilgi is a tonal language desendant from the Ffilikan languages. It has a few more vowels than Proto-Ffiliki, however it still has a small amount of vowels. Noilgi is spoken in the northwest of the Mimoffi Empire, and is one of the official languages of the empire. It is also spoken in the recently conquered parts of Southeastern Rokuh, however it is being suppressed there.
