About Cėlno This conlang is the state issued primary language of those, that call themselves "Advancers", "Progressors", or "Thinkers", [cʰeɮ.nɔ]. ([cʰeɮ] "thought", [nɔ] suffix meaning "peoples of" from the root [mnɔ] "voice")

The whole thing is a project I've been working on and encompasses about as much worldbuilding as it does conlanging. As you can tell the language mostly doesn't abide by universal linguistics phonemically and phonetically. Im terms of grammar I hoped to create the sensible systems, which think they are.

I must mention one more thing, and that is that I'm not happy with the dictionary here. I don't want to have to put meanings through such tight constraints, which is why I most likely won't put my entire dictionary on here.
I work with my pen, paper, and a few helpers like my triangle ruler. When I make up words I write them only in IPA phonetically and follow up with the meaning. Most of the time, I write down multiple words, in German, the sum of which is supposed to paint a broader, more lively meaning than any single word on its own would.
That is my major issue with the dictionary here.
I can't do as I please, because that would mean filling up that WordLink program with numerous additions, like "day, rule, habit - (recurring phenomenon [N])", as I've done in a linguistically independent branch of my project. Go look it up! At the time of writing the WordLink still exists.
(Note: I know of the option of adding multiple WordLinks to a single word, but my issues with that only begin in the fact that they're called homophones. I thought a homophone was more of a coincident.)(I write with the Latin Alphabet only for stories and the likes.)

My reason to be here is to try to make friends, and of course also look at the cool conlangs some people have to offer. In the meantime, I'll try to add parts of my language so someone looking at it can get an impression of the language.

Additional NotesI see absolutely no point in a roman orthography. To me it seems constricting and unnecessary.
The actual script is supposed to be a logography, which could change, but that doesn't matter in the face of a romanization.

Also, don't be mislead by the silly uppercase letters that conworkshop automatically put there. everything is supposed to be lower case anyway.
