Chungganese (or Ice) is the general term for all of the variations of the Chungganese language over a span of 1000 years. Belanian Chungganese (lit. Chungganese of the orchids) refers to the evolution of Chungganese during the 22nd and 23rd century. It was preceded by Lunian Chungganese and evolved to become
Chungganese in the early 24th century.
Belanian Chungganese came about after a partial borrowing of Amorese words, and a rise in literature at the time. The orthography changed after the assimilation of the letter "y" to "i", the change of the letter "ç" into "q", and "ş" into "x". The Chunggul writing system also came about into experimentation at this point in time. Belanian Chungganese also developed an ergative and accusative case, a feature which could not be found in any previous evolution.
