About Lower Thalutian
Lower Thalutian is closely related to Kullon and is the nearest living language to Thalutian, spoken many years before by the original Thalutian Elders. It has 6 grammatical cases and there are 2 major noun classes each of which are divided into two smaller groups determined by the ending of the stems (consonant or vowel).
