About Neyan
Neyan developed as a dialect of Hayil and was primarily used in the southern regions of Eremia near and beyond the borders of Andrasia. It eventually became a fully-fledged language with a much more simplified grammar, some orthographical changes and a shift in phonology, particularly in vowels.
