About Pelteveancan The language is spoken, in an alternate reality, in the western, northern, and eastern Sea of Okhotsk coasts from the southeastern bank of the Uda River to Kamchatka, as well as the Bering Sea coast in Kamchatka and partially east of it, and in adjacent inland areas. It is an Indo-European language with a heavy substrate influence. Its speakers, the Pyltyhvehanqasqasia, are divided into the Marepladvas (coastal dwellers), who are mostly agriculturally-dominant agropastoralists and sea mammal hunters, and the Kwarpladvas (mountain dwellers), who are mostly pastorally-dominant agropastoralists and terrestrial game hunters.
