About Seasong
Xamerot, or Seasong as it is more commonly known by the people of Athilyle, is the official language of the Seasong Guild. The Guild make deals with foreign merchants who spoke Xamerot from another continent far, far away, and when doing so, learned their tongue. In order to secure its monopoly, the Guild does not teach this language to the common people here because they want to keep trade secrets amongst themselves. As a result, this language is tightly regulated on the continent of Athilyle.
