About Siranian
Siranian is the primary language of the country of Sirania. It is a priori language that is linguistically pure for the most part (i.e., it tends to come up with words rather than borrow). It is the main language I am working on.
Siranian can have SVO, SOV, or VSO word order. The complete syntax is not concrete, it is being worked on, but for the most part, it is finished.
The language has 3 noun cases: nominative, genitive, and oblique, and no numbers. The nominative and oblique are identical except for some special cases. The plural marker and collective marker are considered to be special numerals. For verbs, there are 4 tenses, 6 subject-based conjugations, 2 voices, and 2 moods. In the passive voice, the subject is the recipient and the object is the doer. Adjectives have a positive and negative form, an intensive form, and a comparative and superlative.
In terms of learning, this language is between easy and hard. Some concepts are uniquely challenging, while others are fairly simple. I hope you enjoy this conlang!
